About Veterans Reserve, LLC.
Veterans Reserve, LLC. (VR) is a provider of modular housing solutions for veterans, homeless veterans and their families. VR is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB). Our team is committed to providing safe, affordable and sustainable housing solutions to those who have served our country.

No Veteran should be homeless. Veteran Reserve’s effort to combat Veteran homelessness are grounded in reaching out to homeless Veterans, understanding their unique needs, and addressing them. These efforts are built upon our Veterans First approach, which prioritizes getting a Veteran into housing, then provides the Veteran with the wraparound support they need to stay housed — including health care, job training, legal and education assistance, and access to a myriad of other services. Veterans Reserve, LLC. collaborates with federal, state and local agencies; employers; housing providers, faith-based and community nonprofits; and others to expand employment and affordable housing options for Veterans exiting homelessness.
There is a growing population of U.S. Veterans over the age of 60. By the end of fiscal year 2021, the number is anticipated to be 10,717,342 (VA, 2021). With this high percentage of older Veterans, there is a potential need for assisted living types of facilities, group home settings, and other structured living options. With HUD-VASH support, Veterans who may otherwise not be able to afford structured living arrangement could engage in this type of setting and service provision earlier. With earlier intervention by care management and placement into a project-based setting, the Veteran would likely have a greater ability to age in place with the built in supports available in the placement as well as additional support by the HUD-VASH case manager. As a result, the Veteran’s right to self-determination could be protected for a longer period in this type of safe setting.
